I have been using HotelsCombined for years. I always find Hotelscombined useful especially with the map view function to show the different hotel prices in the location. Booking.com
Booking.com is the place where I’ve been accumulating my points for booking hotels. It’s fast and has my favourite map view function to show the different hotel prices in the location. I could easily compare prices between the hotels in the city I’m researching for. I also love the app, it consolidates all my upcoming bookings in my mobile making it easy breezy to manage. I have been using Skyscanner and find it extremely useful in tracking down the cheapest flight to my destination for me. It’s easy to use and extremely user friendly, it compares the prices between various airlines including most budget airlines as well. It also leverages on good filters and provide great overview of prices in various months.

Viator
Viator is a travel website that sells you tour packages. Sometimes, I used their services especially when I travelled alone in some exotic places which is hard to commute. Viator offers extensive tour packages that sorted according to Countries and Cities, which easily aid you to find your perfect day tours. They have some multiple days tours too, but I find most of the time more expensive than booking at the city itself.
